Looking for a Fourth of July celebration that's a little different from the usual cookouts and fireworks? Head to MOSI for Stars, Stripes, & Science, a family-friendly event that blends holiday fun with hands-on discoveries and interactive experiences.

Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy live music from The Julie Black Duo, exciting science demonstrations, games, and activities for all ages. Crowd favorites include the always-popular rainbow fire experiment and liquid nitrogen ice cream, where science and dessert come together in the best possible way.

Sports fans can stop by a special pop-up from the Tampa Baseball Museum, while families can explore a variety of vendors and community exhibits. Inside the Saunders Planetarium, guests can enjoy guided tours of the night sky, immersive dome presentations, and a sensory-friendly fireworks experience at 4:30 p.m. Additional fireworks-themed shows will run throughout the day.

Food and drink samples from local partners will be available, and adults can relax with a cold beverage from the Beakers Bar, featuring beer from Coppertail Brewery.
