Crafty Collage

Turn everyday treasures into one-of-a-kind wall art in this fun, hands-on mixed-media workshop! Using upcycled buttons, beads, costume jewelry, and other unique finds, you'll create a decorative piece that's full of personality.

Instructor Kathy will guide you through each step, from choosing a background and color palette to arranging your design. Start with a simple shape like a heart, or create your own idea. If you're feeling more adventurous, you can build a more detailed piece by layering different materials and working from a template.

Most supplies are included, but you're welcome to bring your own buttons, beads, or keepsakes to make your artwork even more personal. Your finished project will measure 8" x 10", making it easy to display in a frame of your choice (frame not included). Additional materials will also be available for purchase from Creative Junk Therapy.

Because industrial-strength adhesive will be used, this workshop is recommended for ages 12 and up.
