Whether you’re totally new to painting or already have some experience and just want to level up your skills, there’s something here for everyone. Roxanne will guide you step by step, showing how to work with watercolor, build basic shapes, and use easy, fun methods that actually stick. Plus, each month brings a fresh new project to work on.
The class is $25 for hands-on instruction if you bring your own supplies. Here’s what you’ll need:
* Watercolor paper (140 lb or heavier), size 9”x12” or larger
* Mixing palette
* Large brush (3/4” or 1”)
* Medium round brushes (#6 or #8)
Recommended paints: a basic tube watercolor set with a mix of colors like red, orange, lemon yellow, yellow ochre, deep green, Persian blue, ultramarine blue, purple, burnt umber, burnt sienna, black, and white. A 1” flat brush + a medium round brush are also great to have on hand.
Don’t want to bring supplies? No problem - materials can be provided for an additional $5.
Open to ages 12 and up.
