However, there is an issue with warranty honor which can be costly for the customers.They have a large parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking spots and the entrance is also wheelchair accessible. This is a plus for people with mobility issues. The working hours are standard and consistent, but they are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.One of the customers had a bad experience with their warranty, they refused to honor it, and it cost the customer tens of thousands of dollars in revenue.
