This medical school and healthcare facility is dedicated to improving the full spectrum of health. The USF Health team is comprised of knowledgeable doctors who are skilled in various specialties. Unfortunately, some clients have experienced long wait times, and there have been issues with scheduling appointments. There is a huge discrepancy between doctors and administration as highlighted in one review where a doctor's office left a patient waiting for two and a half hours. The patients who were assisted, however, reported receiving professional and helpful service from the staff.The facility is wheelchair accessible and has modern, clean, and spacious meeting spaces. It is also centrally located in the heart of downtown Tampa with excellent views of the port and nearby restaurants and shops.There are also some mixed reviews on the staff's behavior with some clients reporting positive interactions and others being treated with indifference. Despite these mixed reviews, USF Health continues to attract a high number of clients. Some clients have experienced unprofessional service and a lack of care. On the other hand, some reviews highlighted a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients to receive their medical care.
