This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it fell short in many areas. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and the overall facilities was a major issue. The staff seemed to be either inexperienced or unmotivated, leading to long wait times and a lack of attention to customer needs. The "open by request" policy for some attractions was also frustrating, as it made it seem like the staff was more focused on other tasks than on providing a smooth experience for guests.However, there were some highlights to the visit. The kids' play area was well-maintained and seemed to be a hit with the younger crowd. The food was also decent, and the prices were reasonable. The variety of activities available was also a plus, although some of them were closed or had long wait times.One thing that stood out was the complete lack of staff training and customer service skills. Many employees seemed to be arguing with customers, and some even had a bad attitude towards kids with special needs. This was not only disappointing but also unacceptable.Overall, it seems like this place needs to work on improving its customer service, staffing, and facilities maintenance. With a bit of effort, it could be a great spot for families and kids to have fun. But for now, it's just average and not worth the high prices they charge.
