The building itself is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The interior is clean and well-maintained, with a restroom available for customers.One notable aspect is the variety of services provided under one roof. This makes it convenient for customers to access multiple services without having to visit separate locations. However, the waiting times for some services seemed a bit long.Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, although some seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. The working hours are standard, with no services available on Sundays. I noticed that they have a co-branding partnership with Total Insight Screening, which adds credibility to their services.If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to expand their working hours to include Saturdays, especially considering the demand for their services.
