This place is a true gem for cat lovers. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the warmth and care that goes into every aspect of the business. The owner is clearly passionate about her work and it shows in the quality of the cats. They live in a cozy home with the owners, which is a big plus for me. The cats are extremely healthy and well-groomed, and you can tell they're treated like family. The description on the website is accurate, and I felt at ease during my visit. However, the prices could be more transparent. I understand that high-quality animals cost more, but some clients might find it difficult to budget. I was also surprised to find that the business doesn't offer much in terms of innovative services, such as online cat behavior consultations or online adoption processes. This is not a major issue for me, but it could be a great opportunity for the business to differentiate itself.
