I visited the Cushman & Wakefield office in Tampa City, located at Building 201, N Franklin St Street, Suite 3300. As a commercial real estate agency, they provide services in the multifamily market, including brokerage disposition and advisory services. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. However, my experience was marred by issues with a property managed by their affiliate, Sherwood Oaks Apartments. The management and ownership demonstrated negligence, repeated damage to the property, and blatant disregard for the tenants' well-being. They failed to take accountability and address the root problems, often refusing to acknowledge their obligations as a landlord under Florida law. The situation escalated to the point where legal action was necessary, and the complex's response was evasive and unethical. It's clear that the company's priorities lie elsewhere, leaving me with a negative impression of their services and business practices. If I were to recommend them, I would not.
