This location seems like a great place to watch a soccer game, especially for young players. The parking is conveniently located right next to the field, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The on-site parking lot is spacious, which is a plus. However, the quality of the playing field itself could be improved - it's not particularly impressive compared to other locations. The pricing for using the field seems very reasonable, though. Unfortunately, there's not much to say about the innovativeness of the location, as it's a fairly standard soccer field.
