The staff, such as Josiah, provides excellent customer service and communication. The lodge is also suitable for parties, receptions, community events, and dances. However, some users have experienced issues with parking and a dirty lodge prior to events. One user had a particularly poor experience with a staff member, P M L Cortiez, who was rude and made mistakes.
