I had a fantastic experience at Royal Bridal, a family-owned business that offers a wide selection of bridal gowns in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The staff, led by the owner Eko, were incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences to find the perfect dress for me. The store has a great selection of dresses in various styles and sizes, and the prices are very reasonable. I was particularly impressed by the owner's commitment to creating a personalized experience for each customer, making me feel like a queen throughout the entire process. However, there was one issue - one customer had a disappointing experience with a custom design, resulting in a significant financial loss and a stressful situation.
