This place is a perfect blend of entertainment and nature. The Perico Isle Cir Circle location is easily accessible, making it a great spot to spend the day with family or friends. The theme park aspect offers a variety of activities, from thrilling rides to relaxing shows. The observation deck in the Perico Preserve area is a great place to take in the breathtaking views and do some bird watching. The theme park's quality is good, with clean facilities and friendly staff. However, the parking area can be a bit crowded, especially during peak season. Overall, the value for money is great, with a wide range of activities and attractions at reasonable prices. However, the prices for some of the attractions and food are a bit steep. The innovative concept of combining a theme park with a bird watching area is definitely a plus.
