I've had a great experience at this location. The on-site parking is a huge convenience, and the wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance make it easy for everyone to get in and out. As you arrive, you'll notice that the parking lot is right next to the building, so you can easily get to the entrance without any hassle. However, the parking lot could be more lit up at night, as it gets a bit dark. The location is also associated with the Parking Tampa concert, which is a great event.
