This community center is located in a convenient spot on Harbour Island Boulevard, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. However, its quality is somewhat lacking due to some issues with management. It's clear that the center's staff and the management company, Rizzetta, have a problem with communicating with residents and keeping the common areas neat and tidy. One of the residents complained about receiving repeated violation notices, despite trying to appeal to the HOA Board and the developer, Newland Communities.Despite having some nice amenities, such as a restroom, this community center falls short in terms of its overall quality. The issues with management and maintenance are significant concerns that affect the experience of residents.
