The building is easily accessible with a wheelchair-friendly parking lot and entrance, which I found convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They explained that their primary goal is to work closely with patients and their doctors to provide the necessary home medical equipment and supplies. I was impressed with their extensive range of services, including medical services, physical therapy, and pain management.Their working hours are quite standard, operating from Monday to Friday from 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon. I wish they were open on weekends as well, but I understand that it might not be feasible. Speaking of which, I think they could improve on this aspect to better serve their clients. MSA Healthcare has a strong reputation, and it seems they are associated with the reputable MSA | Medical Services of America Home Health brand.
