I visited the Medicare Pro Assurance office in Tampa, Florida, and found it to be a well-run and accessible location. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance make it easy for everyone to get in and out of the office.The staff, including Michael Quemp, are professional and knowledgeable about various insurance options. They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with personalized recommendations.The prices for the insurance policies they offered were very competitive and in some cases, even cheaper than what I had previously found.One minor issue is that the office seems to be a bit small, which might make it difficult for multiple clients to be assisted at the same time.Despite this, I was overall satisfied with my experience at Medicare Pro Assurance and would recommend them to others.The office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, which is convenient for those with busy schedules.I appreciated the friendly and non-pressuring approach of the staff, who seemed to genuinely care about helping me find the right insurance coverage.Their expertise in Medicare supplement policies and prescription drug plans is impressive, and they were able to answer all my questions and concerns.Overall, I would give Medicare Pro Assurance four out of five stars, with the only drawback being the small office size.
