From the outside, it appears to be a standard government office, with a parking lot and entrance that are accessible to people with wheelchairs. However, things don't seem to improve much once you're inside. Many visitors have reported having to wait on hold for a long time before being able to speak with someone, which can be frustrating, especially when they're trying to resolve a problem with their traffic ticket. One person even reported being left on hold until the office closed, which is not what you want when you're trying to get something done.
