I recently reserved a condo from them through VRBO and they canceled my reservation since they advised me that they are renting it for more money. VRBO told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. Izabella Jankowski is the worst property manager that I have ever dealt with. She is an evil person and cares nothing about her customers. And, VRBO’s slogan of “Book with confidence guaranteed.” is worthless and you are not a “protected traveler” as they promised in their ads.This issue seems to be a one-time problem with the business, and the property manager has apologized and explained the situation to the customer. The customer has not had any other negative experiences with the business, and has even praised the business in other reviews. Therefore, I would not count this issue as a major red flag, but rather as a one-time mistake that the business has learned from.
