The store has a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The store's long working hours, including being open until 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, make it a convenient option for late-night shoppers. The location is also very clean and well-maintained. The customers praise the staff, especially Sam, Rick, and Adriane, for their excellent customer service and product knowledge. One customer even mentioned that the staff is willing to go out of their way to help customers. However, one customer had a negative experience with the staff, but it was not related to the staff's behavior, but rather a misunderstanding. The store's selection of wines is a bit limited, but the staff is happy to help customers find what they need.
