We had a wonderful experience at Ichiban Restaurant & Sushi Bar! The food was top-notch, and the service was exceptional. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous. We were particularly impressed by the variety of options on the menu, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a large wraparound sushi bar where you can watch the chefs at work. One of the highlights of our visit was the attentive and knowledgeable service from our server, who made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed. However, there was one issue that caught our attention: on one occasion, we noticed that the floor and ceiling in the restaurant appeared to be dirty.
