I had a decent experience at the Hilton Tampa Downtown. The hotel is located in a convenient area, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although they could use some updates. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the valet team, which includes Edwin Rivera, who went above and beyond to help me. However, there was an issue with parking, as I was told to park at a public lot, but ended up with a ticket on my windshield. Additionally, the shower had high pressure and a funny smell. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff, but there are some areas that need improvement. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a fitness center, which are nice amenities. The breakfast options are decent, and the staff is accommodating. However, the hotel's customer service is hit-or-miss, and I had some issues with my stay. I would recommend this hotel to those who value convenience and are looking for a comfortable place to stay.
