The staff was professional and courteous, with a welcoming environment. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in communication and a few hiccups with the billing department. Despite these issues, I appreciate the services provided and the care of the doctors and therapists.The facility is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. The location is convenient, with appointment times ranging from 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM on weekdays. I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice, which was helpful.The doctors and therapists at Harmony United Psychiatric Care are knowledgeable and compassionate. They take the time to listen to my concerns and provide helpful advice. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to work with me to develop a plan to improve my mental health.However, I do have some concerns about the billing department. I was charged incorrectly on one occasion, and it took several attempts to resolve the issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope the billing department will work to improve their accuracy and communication.Overall, I would recommend Harmony United Psychiatric Care to others who are seeking mental health services. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the doctors and therapists are knowledgeable and compassionate. While there may be some areas for improvement, I appreciate the services provided and the care I have received.
