I visited Building 320, W Kennedy Blvd Boulevard, Suite 400 in Tampa City and overall I was satisfied with my experience. The staff at this location was professional and knowledgeable about the services they offer. The quality of the services was mostly good, but there were a few instances where I felt that the quality could be improved. The pricing of the services was reasonable, considering the quality received. However, I felt that the services were not particularly innovative or cutting-edge. One major issue that stood out was the cleanliness of the building, which seemed to be lacking. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance were definite pluses, making it easier for me to get in and out. The fact that they are a Gold Standard co-brand gives me some confidence in their standards. Overall, I would recommend this location to those looking for construction and development services.
