I was impressed by the wide range of services offered by this appliance repair service, including installation, repair, and maintenance. The fact that they offer same-day delivery and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot is also a plus. However, my experience with them was not positive. I had to wait over 5 months for a technician to come out to fix a broken freezer, and even then, it didn't work properly. The technician had to rebuild the freezer twice, and it still broke again within 6 months. The service was described as "absolutely dismal" and I couldn't agree more. It's clear that they are not standing behind their products and the quality of their service is not up to par. The fact that they offer a service guarantee doesn't mean much if they're not following through on it. On the other hand, their pricing seems to be reasonable, but that's not enough to make up for the poor quality of service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business to anyone.
