The office itself is modern and clean, with a comfortable waiting area. I had a great experience with the staff, they were all very kind and helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood my options. One thing I would like to see improved is the availability of same-day appointments. Currently, appointments are recommended, but it would be beneficial to have more flexible scheduling options, especially for people with urgent matters.
