I recently visited the Housing complex located at Building 7654, Weehawken Dr Drive, Zephyrhills City. Overall, I had a decent experience with the place. The prices of the rentals are quite high, but it seems like the apartments are well-maintained and clean. However, there could be some improvement in the quality of the amenities provided, such as the gym and pool area. The location is also quite far from the city center, which might be a con for some people.One thing that stood out was the diversity of the complex, with residents from different age groups and cultures living together. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. However, I did notice that some of the buildings were not as modern as others, which might be a bit of a turn-off for some potential renters.The complex has a strong presence in the El Paso market, which is a plus. However, I think it could benefit from some renovations to bring it up to date with modern standards. The outdoor spaces were clean and well-maintained, but could use some more landscaping and decoration.Overall, I would recommend this complex to people who are looking for a quiet and peaceful living environment. However, those who are looking for a more urban experience might want to look elsewhere.
