This bus station is a good option for commuters in Bradenton. However, there are some issues with the cleanliness of the area and the presence of homeless individuals, which can make the environment uncomfortable. The security guards added at the transfer point have improved the situation, but there is still room for improvement. The bus operators and security staff are generally helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the condition of the buses and the lack of regular cleaning of the area are concerns. The area could benefit from more frequent trash collection and a more considerate attitude from some of the bus drivers. On the plus side, the buses seem to run on time and the service is free during a pilot program. However, the overall experience could be improved with more attention to cleanliness and safety.
