I visited this location, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The building itself is quite spacious, with a large parking lot that's easily accessible for those with wheelchairs. However, the building's interior could use some improvement. It felt a bit worn out and could benefit from some renovations. Unfortunately, I didn't see any distinctive innovations or unique features that would set this location apart from others. One noticeable issue is the lack of clear information about the services and programs offered by the location. I had to ask several staff members to get a sense of what they do and who they serve. Despite this, I appreciate the presence of Delissa Rivers as a co-brand, which adds to the location's credibility.
