I visited the location of Coastal Construction & Remodeling in Sarasota City, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The staff seemed friendly, and the team, led by William, was very professional. They showed great attention to detail in their work, which gave me confidence in their abilities.The company's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are definitely a plus. The working hours are also convenient, but it would be great if they were open on weekends to accommodate more clients.The contractors working for this company seemed to be well-organized, but one issue that caught my attention was the case where a contractor blocked a client's driveway while working on a neighboring property, and the client was treated disrespectfully. This kind of incident highlights the need for better communication and coordination among staff.The company's description and phone number on their website seem to be up-to-date and accurate. The website itself is easy to navigate, and the company's services, including new home construction and luxury home building, are clearly outlined.While I did not have any major issues during my visit, I would like to see the company work on improving its communication with clients and being more considerate of their property and time. With some adjustments, I believe this company could provide even better service to its clients.
