The place has its strong sides. A great experience in the room was mentioned in several feedbacks. The close proximity to the USF campus is also an advantage, as one student's parent mentioned. A wide range of facilities, including the nearest Publix, is available nearby. On the other hand, a relatively clean building was highlighted in some reviews, and the modern environment was also mentioned positively. One major issue is visible in the area, which is some students living in nearby buildings are unhappy with the cleaning crew.
