I've had a mix of positive and negative experiences at this AFC urgent care location. The staff was generally friendly and welcoming, with a few exceptions. The wait times were occasionally long, but they seemed to be working efficiently to get everyone seen. One of the doctors was very kind and listened to my concerns, while another seemed dismissive and unprofessional. The facilities were clean and modern, with a welcoming atmosphere. However, I did notice that the staff seemed to be prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled appointments, which caused some delays for those of us who had made an effort to schedule in advance. Despite this, I would recommend this location to others due to the friendly staff and efficient service. One thing that stands out as a negative experience was when a staff member made a comment about my needing to buy a watch because I walked in 30 minutes before closing time. This was not only unprofessional but also unnecessary and hurtful. Overall, I would give this location 4.4 out of 5 stars, with the only deduction being for the occasional poor customer service and lack of professionalism from a few staff members.
