This place is not paradise, but it's supposed to be that way. You've got issues you need to work on if you're here. Focus on them and attend your meetings! Some rooms are huge, but they also put kids in rooms that are 65 degrees and the rooms are just big enough to walk in. Staff has also served expired food and if you make an issue about it, you can get a bag of Doritos for the night. Some staff members have been nice and caring, like Ms. Janice, Ms. Tiny, and Ms. Carolyn. They helped the most. They're the most caring ones, but there have been some instances of staff not caring and traumatizing kids. The system seems to be failing some young ones that won't help themselves. It's unfortunate. The facility has a co-ed program, which means boys and girls are put together in one big room for 2-3 days, and if you go back another time after your 1st time.
