The office of Abdoney Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is well-represented by its employees, who always have a smile on their face and greet you warmly when you walk in. Dr. Abdoney is very friendly, a great communicator, and takes the time to listen to your concerns. He is a consummate professional and has a caring and compassionate bedside manner. The office environment is very welcoming and the staff is very helpful with insurance and other administrative tasks. Dr. Abdoney's talent, skills, and personal qualities have produced a very efficient and skilled periodontal practice. It's not just the care that you receive but also the follow-up care that you receive every 3 months from Julie, which is great. The practice is very accommodating and has a great system in place for handling emergencies. One of the few things that might be improved is that the billing process was a bit of an issue for one customer who had to deal with Caroline who seemed somewhat aggressive upon speaking. However, this was an isolated incident and did not reflect the overall positive experience of most customers. The practice has a great reputation in the community and is highly recommended by many of its customers. Overall, Abdoney Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is a well-established and reputable practice that provides high-quality care and exceptional patient experience.
