This coworking space has a convenient location in downtown Tampa, with a modern and clean atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and the community is welcoming. The space is great for networking and meeting other entrepreneurs. However, there are some issues to be aware of.
Parking is a major concern, as there is no free parking within walking distance, and finding a spot near the building can be challenging and expensive. Safety and access are also concerns, as relying on buses can lead to uncomfortable situations, and walking in the area late can feel risky.
Amenities are inconsistent, with the coffee often being lukewarm and not refreshed often. Additionally, cancellation of memberships is extremely difficult, and it's recommended to check other coworking options in Tampa before committing.
On the other hand, the space has a great community-driven environment, with a lot of like-minded professionals to connect with. The friendly community team and the inspiring coworking space have made the workday experience significantly more productive and enjoyable for some members.
It's essential to weigh the pros and cons and consider the specific needs and preferences before choosing this coworking space.
