The overall experience was extremely positive.The quality of service is exceptional, with Monique and her team delivering outstanding results. Clients rave about her skills, especially when it comes to hairstyles, haircuts, and color treatments. Her ability to work with thick, coarse hair is particularly noteworthy.Pricing is also very reasonable, considering the high level of expertise and attention to detail. The salon accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, NFC mobile payments, and debit cards, making it convenient for customers.While I didn't have a chance to explore the innovative services offered, I did notice that the salon features a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance, which is a great asset for people with mobility issues.One area for improvement could be to provide more flexible appointment scheduling, as the current policy recommends appointments, which may not be feasible for everyone.
