I visited this family practice physician location in Brandon City and was generally satisfied with the experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance made it easy for me to navigate the building. However, the location could improve on making appointments more flexible, as I had to wait a few minutes past my scheduled time.
The facility had a restroom available, which was also wheelchair accessible. The ability to pay with debit or credit cards was convenient.
